For barcodes already scanned outside this app (e.g. a separate scanner app export) - skips the operator having to re-scan them here. File needs a Barcode column; if it also has date/time columns, the original scan time is kept instead of the upload time.

One file: type its Pallet No below. Multiple files: the Pallet No field is ignored - instead, name each file "<PalletNo>_GUNNED.csv" (e.g. E01-1-1_GUNNED.csv) so the Pallet No can be read from the filename.

Maps the barcode LABEL physically pasted on each pallet (e.g. "32051") to its readable Pallet No (e.g. "E01-1-1"). Needed once so operators can scan the pallet's barcode label directly. "Toggle Gunning Required" and "Manual Gunned" / skipped-file entries are workflow/reference only now - they NEVER affect the FTS Status Report. A row only ever shows "Non-Pending" in that report when its Scan Excel barcode was actually seen in this pallet's Gunned data (a real scan, or a bulk Gunned Excel upload) - everything else shows "Pending", full stop. "Toggle Verification Done" locks a pallet so operators can no longer gun it at all - only an admin login can still gun a locked pallet.

"Gunned" below counts distinct barcodes actually scanned/uploaded for that pallet. If FTS/Scan is higher than Gunned, those extra rows will show "Pending" in the FTS Status Report until you scan them or upload a Gunned Excel that covers them - regardless of what Gunning Required or Manual Gunned Count show.

"Stage Done" marks EVERY document in the pallet All Stage Done in one click (same effect as the "Mark Whole Pallet(s)" button on the Reports tab) - "Yes" means every document is marked, "Partial" means only some are (marked individually on the Reports tab), "No" means none are.

This filters whole PALLETS, not individual rows - a pallet where even one barcode has been gunned still shows every one of its rows (both FTS-DONE and Pending) together, so you never see a pallet's data split across two downloads.

Uses the same Pallet(s)/Rack(s) box above (blank = everything). Mark documents "All Stage Done" once fully wrapped up - they'll drop out of the FTS-DONE-only views here so the list stops growing forever, but they still show up in every downloaded report with a "Stage Remark" column - nothing is ever hidden from the official record.

This app runs on a cloud server (fts.jsnnglobal.in) - it CANNOT reach any local office drive or shared folder directly. To see images, run the small "Image Bridge" program on an office PC that has the scan folder accessible, then paste that PC's address below. See qc_image_bridge.py in the project files for setup steps. IMPORTANT: this site loads over HTTPS, so the Bridge URL must also start with https:// (not http://) - browsers silently block a secure page from fetching data from an insecure one. The bridge generates its own certificate; the first time each browser/PC uses this, visit the Bridge URL + /health directly once and click through the "not private" warning before searching.

Advanced / only relevant if this backend itself runs locally on your office network instead of the cloud: the folder path to resolve images from directly.

Once a data entry user has finished reviewing every document in a pallet, mark the WHOLE pallet done here in one action - every document in it that already has a QC remark gets locked from further edits by anyone but an admin. Documents nobody reviewed yet are left alone (nothing to lock).
